Maryland English Institute (MEI)

The Intensive English program, offered through the Maryland English Institute (MEI), is a full-time, seven-week program for individuals who wish to improve their English proficiency. The program offers intermediate and advanced language instruction. Students develop their ability to speak, listen, read, and write in English; expand their knowledge of English grammar; and increase their English vocabulary. Many classes are web-enhanced. The program also offers opportunities to socialize and get to know other students.
